Incepted in 1972 and located in Maharashtra, we traversed the path of great challenges under the sincere guidance of Mr. Haresh M. Mehta, the CEO of the company. Established long back and holding 38 years of long experience we hold strong and good financial ground, self sustained infrastructure, wide network of client’s and deep knowledge of manufacturing stainless steel pipes, tubes and pipes fittings.

Operation Maintenance
We are gifted with advanced technical control division to check conformation of international standards and use of advanced technologies in manufacturing of finest quality product. First of all, visual inspection of raw material is made, then inner surface control measure is assured, then wall thickness of pipes is checked. Further inside diameter control, tube length control, steel quality control and chemical composition is checked in operation maintenance of manufacturing process. All these procedures ultimately results in manufacturing and delivering of matchless quality pipes, tubes, and pipe fittings.

All these pipes are available in NB sizes to OD sizes as well as we can pipes and tubes as per customer’s specifications and drawings. We are most preferred suppliers of these pipes, pipe fittings, & tubes in petrochemical, instrumentation, boiler, heat exchanger, surgical, penal, pressure gauge industries, and looking forward to expand our business in the same industries. PIPES & TUBES
We deal in Stainless Steel pipes and tubes in ERW (Welded), Semi Seamless & Seamless make. All these materials are available in NB sizes as well as OD sizes in all qualities. We can also arrange Pipes and Tubes as per the CUSTOMERS requirements, which is other then the Standard sizes.

Production quality control at M. P. Jain Co is continuously exercised by specialists independent of production divisions - Technical Control Dvi. (TCD). The TCD checks compliance of production technology as well as the production quality during all the production phases stipulated by technological procedures. Since 2004 an independent Quality Inspection Service has been working at the Mill; this Service presents the interests of the M. P. Jain Co. The M. P. Jain Co holds continuous inspectorial checks of engineering procedures of tube production, quality control and technical acceptance of integrated products in accordance with normative-technical and technological documentation of ASTMs, TU and other International Standards. Upon identification of the defected goods or usage of low-quality material, the inspectors draw up the Reports of Checks and send them to the Management of Company. In accordance with requirements of Technical Documentation of ASTMs, Engineering Specifications, International Standards Specifications all the production of AISI undergoes the following kinds of check: -

| 321 | Stabilized 18/8 type with titanium: - not sensitive to intergranular corrosion within the carbide precipitation range of 420 to 8700C, corrosion resistance comparable to 304 | Due to addition to titanium to form carbide, 321 is i.e. resistant in continuous operation up to 4000C even in the welded state. 321 is used in all branches of food and chemical industries, especially in the manufacture of nitrate fertilizers and the construction of vehicles for the transport of aggressive chemicals. In addition, 321 are used for silencers and emission control equipment. 321 is approved for use as wall ties in the building industry. Due to its great toughness, 321 also has a wide range of application in low-temperature technology. |

| 316 | High creep strength, superior corrosion resisting properties in reducing atmosphere | 316 is i.e. resistance under continuous operating condition up to 3000C. Due to the molybdenum additive, this steel possesses higher resistance to non-oxidizing acids and to pitting corrosion. Architects make use of it for external cladding in aggressive atmospheres. 316 are approved for use as wall ties in the building industry. This steel has a wide field of application in the construction of apparatus for textile finishing, in the chemical industry, for household goods, and for storage and transport container holding aggressive materials, pharmaceutical industry, synthetic fiber industry etc. |
| 316L | Low carbon modification of 316 | 316L possesses a very low carbon content and is therefore i.e. resistant under continuous operating conditions up to 4000C. 316L is used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in the manufacture of synthetic fibers, in carbon by-product recovery and in textile finishing. Due to the addition of molybdenum. 316L possesses high resistance to non-oxidizing acid and to pitting corrosion. Also this steel is widely used in chemical industry, in the production of urea, in the manufacture of synthetic fibers, in the cellulose industry and in textile finishing. The molybdenum content of over 2% to 3% increases resistance to non-oxidizing acids and to pitting. |
